Gerald Pellini is the owner of GP Associates & Expediters, LLC,  having over 25 years experience as a former Building Inspector for the City of Stamford, and is well versed with local building codes and the State of Connecticut statutes.  Prior to working as a building official, Mr. Pellini was self-employed as a carpenter/builder in Stamford, Connecticut and surrounding areas, and later as a contractor for modular homes.  He is well known throughout the Stamford community and by those in all areas of the local construction industry, both residential and commercial.

Robert "Gabe" Deluca has long served on the City of Stamford Board of Representatives.   He is a retired accountant, and previously was involved for many years in a family construction business.
